Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

ACEBEAM ARC18650H-310A battery has a built-in USB-C port and can be charged directly with a USB-C cable or using a traditional charger like a ACEBEAM A4. It designed for powering high drain devices such as high-output flashlights, lanterns, headlamps, and bike lights, as well as a variety of other appliances and devices. With built in smart charging circuitry and other integrated safety features through-out, this battery will safely work in the majority of button-top compatible devices.
