📦 For orders under $150 CAD, we charge a flat shipping rate of $13.75.
🚫 Please note: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or Yukon.
For these regions, a flat shipping rate starting at $18.95 CAD will apply, depending on package weight and dimensions.

Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
🔹 Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The ACEBEAM PT20 is a portable 2-AAA EDC penlight. With a maximum brightness of 500 lumens and a beam distance of up to 126 meters, it features a single tail button for quick operation and three brightness levels to meet various lighting needs. The flashlight comes with a 10880 USB-C lithium-ion battery and is compatible with two readily available AA alkaline/NiMH batteries. The dual-direction clip offers convenient and flexible carrying options. Its simple pen-shaped design provides a comfortable grip, making it an ideal choice for everyday carry, travel, or as a thoughtful gift for friends, family, and loved ones.
