Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

Triple Output Headlamp
Brighter, smaller and runs longer, the NITECORE NU33 rechargeable headlamp is a noteworthy upgrade from the highly rated NU32 headlamp. Equipped with an upgraded unibody optical lens system, the NU33 emits a bright 700 lumen for distances up to 147 yards on Turbo mode. Switch freely between a primary white LED, offering three brightness settings, to a high CRI auxiliary LED for even flood illumination, ideal for close up tasks and reading. Alternatively, switch to the red auxiliary LED and protect your night vision or a long lasting signal light.
USB-C Fast Charging
The NU33 has a built-in high capacity rechargeable battery that can achieve a maximum runtime of 147 hours on its lowest setting. Now with an integrated USB-C port the NU33 fast charges to full in only one and a half hours. A power indicator tells you when it's time to charge while lockout mode prevents accidental activation.
Tough Outdoor Headlamp
This NU33 is rated IP66 water resistant, features a bold new aerodynamic unibody design that efficiently dissipates heat and looks stylish to boot. The newly designed headband is skin-friendly and has large bright reflective strips to guarantee visibility and protection. 15% smaller than NU32, the lightweight NU33 takes the center stage as Nitecore's new all-rounder headlamp for night running, outdoor adventures, or camping.
