📦 For orders under $150 CAD, we charge a flat shipping rate of $13.75.
🚫 Please note: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or Yukon.
For these regions, a flat shipping rate starting at $18.95 CAD will apply, depending on package weight and dimensions.

Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

USB-C Rechargeable, Extended Runtime
The P20iX is part of Nitecore's iSeries using intelligent 21700 batteries. This enables a potently efficient output, granting 30 minutes of 4000-lumen burst and a max runtime of 350 hours on low. Fast recharge the P20iX via its built-in USB-C port. It can also be powered by 2x CR123A batteries as a backup.
