Returns policy

If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.

You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The W20 is a LEP tactical flashlight with wide angle spill, designed to excel in both long-range and close-up scenarios. It delivers an impressive beam distance of up to 1,100 meters with 600 lumens of output, achieved through a refined optical system combining a tiny 2mm emitter and a reflector. This design produces a focused LEP beam with a wide-angle spill, solving the critical flaw of traditional LEP lights, the lack of close-range illumination. Built for reliability, it features an automotive-grade chip and sapphire-based phosphor for superior thermal durability and stable performance. Operation is intuitive and swift with its dual-switch design: a control ring for direct selection of Low, Medium, or High modes, and a tactical tail switch for instant momentary/constant-on activation or strobe. Convenience is enhanced with an included USB-C rechargeable 16340 battery (compatible with CR123) . Its construction from aerospace-grade AL6061-T6 aluminum with a hard-anodized finish and IP68 rating guarantees durability against 1.5-meter drops and harsh weather.

Pocket size protection
There are five reasons why I purchased this Klarus XT1C flashlight. It can be programmed for one button instant strobe. One,Defense from bears or people. Two, Offence, red light keeps you hidden at night. Three, USB-c battery usually an upgrade. Four, small pocket sized and five, Klarus is a good brand name.
