Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

It has increased its capacity 950mAh by an impressive 46%, compared to its predecessor, the NL166. The NL169R also features a light indicator that displays when it's done charging, ensuring you're informed when it's ready for use. Crafted with Nitecore's signature safety features and quality engineering, the NL169R upholds the brand's reputation as a reliable source of rechargeable Li-ion batteries.

The NL169R incorporates a built-in intelligent protective circuit and a pressure relief valve, effectively shielding it from overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits. Constructed with premium materials, such as nickel-plated stainless steel protectors that enhance impact resistance, ensure efficient conductivity, and resist oxidation, the battery is further coated with a durable metallic film, reinforcing its resistance against abrasion.
