📦 For orders under $150 CAD, we charge a flat shipping rate of $13.75.

For these regions, a flat shipping rate starting at $18.95 CAD will apply, depending on package weight and dimensions.

Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
🔹 Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The Nitecore SLB04 is an all-around versatile compact pack that can accompany you on journeys in nature, into the city, or on your daily commute. The SLB04 Cloud earns its "3-in-1" reputation due to the 3 ways to carry it — as a sling bag, chest bag, or handbag. With a 1.5L/92in3 carrying capacity, the Cloud pack can carry or store your most essential supplies for any situation.
Belongings can be separated across 3 different sections for organizing convenience, with 2 exterior pockets providing fast access to the things you need most. The large main compartment can haul a notebook and tablet for students, who will appreciate replacing their school backpack with the lightweight, ultra-modern Cloud pack for a change in comfort and style.
Quick Access Pockets Keep You Moving
The face of the Cloud pack sports a pair of quick-access pockets for your most oftenly used possessions. These pockets are secured by water resistant zippers that protect electronics from damage and so contents cannot simply fall out. Protection from the elements mainly comes from the whisper weight 400D nylon material that shrugs off water and dirt, keeping contents dry and clean. In total, the SLB04 Cloud weighs 33% less than a roll of nickels while providing the storage space and material support to carry heavy items.
