Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The Nitecore NWL20 is a powerful, rechargeable, portable COB work light designed for job sites, garage mechanics, or workshops. With a maximum output of 600 lumens in flood mode, the NWL20 provides a bright and even beam that lights up your entire work area.
