Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note this is an original flat top Sanyo NCR18650GA 18650 battery with an added button top and PCB (protection circuit board) by a third party manufacturer and is longer than a standard flat top 18650 battery. The PCB offers protection from over charge, over discharge, over current, and short circuit. This cell has an additional outer wrapper and insulator which must not be removed.
