Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
🔹 Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

This is a high-capacity 21700 Li-ion rechargeable battery with a built-in USB-C charging port. Battery capacity up to 5000mAh built for a large current output of up to 15A. It also includes a protection circuit in the anode to help prevent short circuits, overcharge/discharge,and overheating. 500 charging cycles.

To prevent any mistake, please note that this battery is not a 18650 battery. Please only use 21700 batteries when indicated, not all 18650 battery powered lights will accept a 21700 battery.
We are unable to accept returned batteries once they have been opened, so please ensure they are the correct cell for your device before ordering.
