Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Charge anywhere, anytime with a universal USB-C charging port, can be charged via wall charger, laptop, power bank, or car charger and more. Multiple protections including over-charging, over-discharging, over-heating and short circuits. ACEBEAM also took the lead in introducing high-power MOS FETs for superior output. Weighs 145g/5.1oz only. It can be charged via both USB-C to USB-C and USB-A to USB-C Charging cables.
