Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Fenix ARB-L18-3400U V3.0 is a high-quality 18650, 3400mAh Lithium-ion battery specifically designed for high intensity flashlight use and is the perfect companion for Fenix 18650 powered lights. The ARB-L18-3400U V3.0 battery can be charged by its built-in Micro USB port or by an external battery charger as well. The battery is fully covered with the steel shell, therefore the risk of short circuiting caused by collision and impact is hugely eliminated.
