Returns policy

If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.

You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Pocket size protection
There are five reasons why I purchased this Klarus XT1C flashlight. It can be programmed for one button instant strobe. One,Defense from bears or people. Two, Offence, red light keeps you hidden at night. Three, USB-c battery usually an upgrade. Four, small pocket sized and five, Klarus is a good brand name.
