✅ Free Shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes) within most regions of Canada.
📦 For orders under $150 CAD, we charge a flat shipping rate of $13.75.
🚫 Please note: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or Yukon.
For these regions, a flat shipping rate starting at $18.95 CAD will apply, depending on package weight and dimensions.
We always aim to process and ship your order quickly and efficiently, with tracking included on all shipments within Canada.
Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
🔹 Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Quick and Efficient Charging
Introducing the NITECORE UMS2 Intelligent USB dual-slot charger designed to recharge your batteries fast, safe and efficiently. The UMS2 will reach a maximum total output of 4000mA when using a 2A output USB power adapter. When the charger is powered or connected to quick charge (QC) power adapter, the screen will show “Quick Charge” and the single slot will achieve a max output of 3000mA.
LCD Display with Real-time Charging Information
A brightly lit LCD display reports real information including battery health, charging time, charged volume, charging current, battery voltage and type, cut-off voltage and charging mode. The UMS2 offers an energy saving function that activates and dims the LCD display in 10 minutes, when there is no action to the buttons or batteries.
Intelligent USB Charging
The UMS2’s intelligent charging technology automatically detects and applies the appropriate charging current/voltage while allows users to manually adjust the charging current/voltage for specialized battery types. The UMS2 supports various battery types (li-ion/imr/lifep04/ni-cd/ni-mh) and common battery sizes including (18650, 16340,14500).
