✅ Free Shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes) within most regions of Canada.
📦 For orders under $150 CAD, we charge a flat shipping rate of $13.75.
🚫 Please note: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or Yukon.
For these regions, a flat shipping rate starting at $18.95 CAD will apply, depending on package weight and dimensions.

Returns policy
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact our customer service team for return authorization. Please email us at support@flashlightworld.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.
You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
🔹 Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔹 If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but you return an item and the remaining total falls below $150 CAD, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The WF30RE is an Intrinsically Safe Flashlight, certified by IECEx, ATEX, CSA and NEPSI.
With these certifications, the Fenix WF30R has been proven to be safe in both explosive gas environments and explosive dust environments. This intrinsically safe flashlight has been certified for Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21, and Zone 22. This is Fenix's first rechargeable intrinsically safe flashlight featuring a simple side switch-mode operation with 3 light settings + Strobe.
